F3Knox Rucks will officially launch on January 1, 2024
Key Objectives of the F3KnoxRucks:
Expansion of Rucking Workouts and AOs:
F3Knox Rucks aims to broaden the scope of official Rucking workouts and Ruck-based Area of Operations (AOs) within the Knoxville region
Continuing Cultivation of Rucking Culture:
F3KnoxRucks will seek to elevate the Rucking Culture within the F3Knoxville Region by offering an annual challenge that allows PAX to earn an exclusive patch with additional patching opportunities throughout the year
Participants will find themselves not only improving their physical fitness but also forming deep bonds with their fellow Ruckers
Annual Ruck-Based CSAUP & other Rucking-based events:
F3Knox Rucks aims to introduce a regular annual Ruck-Based CSAUP, creating opportunities for participants to push their limits, challenge themselves, and achieve feats they never thought possible
Semi-Annual F3KnoxRucks Sponsored Team & Individual Star Courses
AO2AO Rucking Challenges
Preparation for the April 2024 GrowRuck:
F3Knox Rucks will help equip the PAX with the physical and mental endurance required for the challenging GrowRuck Training Event occurring in April 2024 here in Knoxville
Concord Trails I will take place at The Cove at Concord Park on 2/3 from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
Concord Trails I
Concord Trails I, F3Knoxville's first Ruck-based CSAUP will be F3KnoxRucks first official event! Concord Trails will begin & end at The Cove at Concord Park on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024. This ruck-based event will step-off at 0700 and will cover 10-12 miles over a 5-hour timeframe. The event will include ruck mileage and several beatdowns along the way. While the goal of this event is to help prepare the PAX for GTE, modifications will be allowed (encouraged if needed), and while the 1st F is the focus for this event, the 2nd F will be present throughout.
Please sign up by Wednesday, January 31st in order to be a full participant!

Annual Patch Challenge
Over the course of 2024, PAX will have the opportunity to earn an exclusive “F3Knox Rucks” patch. Points are gathered by completing certain challenges throughout the year. These challenges will include, but are not limited to: AO2AO Rucks, participating in a GTE, a GoRuck, or an F3Knoxville Rucking event, etc. Those PAX who earn their Year One Patch will be eligible to earn a Year Two Patch in 2025.
There is a minimal cost of $8 to compete. All monies will be used towards the patch order and excess funds will be returned to the F3Knoxville Kitty.

Basic Knox Rucks Training (BKRT)
F3KnoxRucks is looking to create its own Knoxville-specific Ruck Training Program. The purpose of this program is to lower the barrier of entry (from $35 to $8) and make it specific to the men of the F3Knoxville Region. This program will have some of the same aspects as Pathfinder including: a private Slack channel to post updates and find connection to others participating, dedicated individual and optional team/AO tracking, and a custom patch upon completion!
Training programs will run quarterly:
March - May
June - August
September - November
December - February
There is a minimal cost of $8 to compete. All monies will be used towards the patch order and excess funds will be returned to the F3Knoxville Kitty.
